CrayPort
The CrayPort user portal enables registered subscribers to view published information that includes news, technical answers, resources, public hardware and software service documents, and field notices.
CrayPort includes announcements, bug tracking and case management functionality. Users can search for and view Cray product documentation, meet with peers in a moderated customer forum, and order system software including major releases, revisions, updates and individual fixes.

CrayDoc
The CrayDoc website provides access to Cray documentation without requiring a CrayPort subscription. It allows users to search and view documentation, read release announcements and access technical papers. Users can also follow CrayDoc on Twitter.

Cray CS300 Cluster Supercomputers
Cray Case Reporting
The Cray Case Reporting user portal provides case reporting and management for Cray CS300 cluster supercomputers. Subscribers can request technical assistance; view, update and close cases; and order software for Cray's Advanced Cluster Engine (ACE) management suite.
In addition, this portal offers documentation including Cray
CS300 product guides and the ability to search for problems and
solutions.

Notice to Cray Case Reporting for CS300 Users
Beginning on June 3, 2013, access to the Cray Case Reporting portal for Cray CS300 cluster supercomputer customers will transition to the CrayPort customer portal. Re-registration of all your users is needed. The CrayPort portal will provide users access to a self-service case reporting tool for all Cray Cluster solutions products. After July 3, users will no longer be able to report cases through the Cray Case Reporting portal.
To register for CrayPort access:
- Browse to http://crayport.cray.com and select "Register for an Account."
- Complete the registration form and click the "Submit Request" button.
- Login information will be emailed to users prior to the transition date of June 3, 2013.
