Cray customers assume all shipping costs to the designated treatment facility. Regarding these shipping costs, customers will be invoiced by our recycling partner following pickup. Alternatively, customers may make their own transportation arrangements to the nearest recycling facility indicated by Cra's waste management contractor by informing Cray in the comment field of the form below. Customers are responsible for removing all Proprietary information or software prior to the product's pick-up. Customers are responsible for disassembling and moving the equipment to a suitable truck loading area. Neither Cray nor its WEEE waste management contractor will assume any liability if a customer sends the wrong equipment for treatment and disposal or sends equipment or materials that were not part of the original product sale. Equipment for which Cray bears no responsibility under the WEEE Directive will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Transportation drivers reserve the right to refuse any equipment that is improperly packaged or that is deemed dangerous in any way. Customers can release Cray from WEEE liability.
