Customer Resources
CRInform is Cray's web-based system for customers who want to obtain more information about all aspects of owning, operating, and using Cray systems. There are two different portals: one for the Cray XD1 supercomputer and one for all other Cray systems. To access these resources, first submit a login request. CRInform Login Request Submit a login request to gain access to the CRInform or the CRInform for the Cray XD1 supercomputer customer portals. CRInform for the Cray XT4 and Cray XT3 Systems, the Cray X1E and Cray X1 Systems, and Other Cray Systems Provides access to hardware documentation, training, field notices, software updates and problem reporting. CRInform for the Cray XD1 Supercomputer Provides access to technical assistance, service information, publications and software. |
