Cray offers a complete set of support choices that are designed to meet your needs. You select the offering that is right for you and your product.

System Premium – System Premium support is the highest level of support offered by Cray. It is designed to give maximum support to your most critical systems. It is available in selected locations around the world.

System Basic – System Basic support is the standard level of support offered by Cray. It is designed to give a high level support to your Cray systems. It is available in selected locations around the world.

Software Basic – Software Basic support is provided to customers who require software support only for their system. Hardware support and access to spare parts are not included. It is available in selected locations around the world.

Hardware Basic – Hardware Basic support is provided to customers who require hardware support only for their system. Software support and software updates and fixes are not included. It is available in selected locations around the world.

Advance Exchange – Advance Exchange support is provided to customers who require parts support only for their system. Replacement parts will be shipped to the customer in advance with the customer having 15 days to return the defective part. Hardware support and software support and software updates and fixes are not included. It is available in selected locations around the world.
