Advance Exchange Support
Advance Exchange support allows the customer to order and receive a replacement part prior to returning the defective part. Parts are shipped via standard ground transportation and delivery will vary depending on site location. The defective part must be returned to Cray within 15 days of the replacement order ship date or the customer will be invoiced for the list price of the replacement spare.
