System Basic support provides the same comprehensive hardware and software support features as System Premium but with a next-business-day response. This service offering delivers next-day on-site response, next-day parts availability, 5 x 9 telephone support from technical experts, and remote hardware and software diagnosis. All software fixes, patches and releases are provided as part of this service.
