System Premium Support
System Premium support provides a comprehensive system support package for customers who need a same-day on-site response commitment. It includes a 4 hour response for both hardware and software problems during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm local time, Monday to Friday). All software fixes, patches and releases are provided as part of this service. Accelerated response (within 2 hours) and extended coverage hours (up to 7 x 24 coverage) are available as options.
