One of my favorite HPC conferences of the year is fast approaching. The International Supercomputing Conference is just a few days away, and a number of us Crayons are making the final preparations for this year’s annual gathering of the HPC community in Leipzig, Germany.
The week-long exhibition has previously been held in Hamburg, but now we move to the beautiful town of Leipzig, with rich culture, music, history, and a state-of-the art conference center. ISC is one of the premier supercomputing events, and is a great opportunity to gather in Leipzig and discuss, explore and experience the rapidly changing world of HPC.
ISC’13 will take place June 17-19, with a tutorial day scheduled for the 16th. With more than 2,500 expected attendees ranging from HPC researchers, marketers, technology leaders, scientists and IT decision makers, the ISC organizers are expecting this year’s conference will be another success.
Cray’s presence at ISC’13
This event not only gives us the opportunity to talk about the latest trends in HPC, it also allows us to showcase some of the products and solutions that are very important to Cray.We enjoy the face-to-face interactions that only come a few times a year, so we encourage you to visit our booth and learn more about our portfolio of HPC and Big Data solutions, including the recently launched Cray XC30-AC and our line of Cray CS300 Cluster Supercomputers.
In addition to our booth presence, we will have a number of presentations throughout the show. The “Vendor Showdown” (the revamped “Hot Seat” session from years past) is always one of the highlights of the week, so don’t miss out on that one.
Wir hoffen, Sie dort zu sehen!
