You choose a preferred provider or health maintenance organization plan (based on location) that works for your individual needs. Thanks to Cray’s generous contribution toward your premium, your no-cost or low-cost coverage is available to you and your eligible dependents and spouse or domestic partner.
You can save on qualified health care and dependent care expenses through our Flexible Spending Accounts. Simply use these accounts to set aside a part of your pretax income to cover those expenses (up to allowable limits).
Cray’s sick day guidelines allow up to 80 hours per year, which you may use to care for yourself or immediate family members.

You have the flexibility and freedom to determine your own vacation time so that it balances your personal life and professional responsibilities. Hourly employees receive an anuual vacation grant.
